This work was created while listening to a meditation with coach Frankie Simmons during her regular gathering, “The Church of Bread and Roses”, and as I worked on it, I thought about the process of preparing to share our various creative endeavors with the world.

It isn’t easy to build a business on your creative pursuits, but I have grown immensely through the ups and downs of this journey. When things become difficult, it’s easy to feel like you’re spinning your wheels, but the meditation from Frankie reminded me that these feelings were all a normal part of a growth journey.

The little poem reads:

I am being transformed.
Nothing stays stuck.
I wonder where I’ll grow to next?
